Dear Friends & Family of Calvary Place

Happy New Year!

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding some changes that will be occurring at Calvary Place effective Monday, January 16, 2023

  1. Visiting Hours – Calvary Place’s Visitation Hours will be extending to 0900h to 1900h (7:00pm) daily.
  2. To enable us to extend our hours, all families must utilize a swipe card to enter and exit Calvary Place. If you do not have a swipe card, they can be purchased for $5 from Reception. (Please note that staff will not be running back and forth to open the doors as their priority is Resident Care.)
  3. When entering/exiting Calvary Place, a reminder that one set of doors must close before the second one opens. DO NOT PUSH OR FORCE THE DOORS TO OPEN. Pushing the doors open can knock the doors off the track thus disabling the doors and they will remain open. (Damage to the track, motor etc. may also occur). Your attention to this is appreciated.
  4. Upon entering Calvary Place, please sign in, utilize the hand sanitizer and take a new medical grade mask which is provided.
  5. The medical grade mask must be worn at all times within Calvary Place, covering both the nose and mouth. Refusal to wear the mask, Calvary Place reserves the right to suspend your visit.

After a two year hiatus, Care Conferences will again be held in-person for both Resident and the Resident Representative. We are looking forward to family participation. During the Care Conference, a Resident & Family Satisfaction Survey will be provided to you. We ask that you please complete the survey and return same.

Thank you again for your ongoing prayer and support. It is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely

Helmut Plett, RPN/CEO/DOC
